Frank Devine has been a professional artist since 1976. He is currently contracted with a network of Architectural and Antique Restoration Specialists. Frank has always gravitated toward the application of his art skills with trades and manufacturing associates. He has acquired a life time of experience with fine finishes through the custom auto body and paint industry and various other industrial occupations along the way. Frank has been an award winning wood sculptor since 2005. His hand carved sculptures have won many First Place awards, "Second Best in Show" awards and "Best of Show" awards. Frank Devine finished 3rd in the State Championship Competition of 2007 for the California Carvers Guild.
 
Frank is currently an apprentice judge for the California Carvers Guild and also serves as Director on the board of directors for the California Carvers Guild.
 
This award winning artist is also popular on the symposium circuit. Frank gives lectures and carve along demonstrations at carving seminars and symposiums. Frank Devine also teaches wood carving to beginners at California Carvers Guild events. In addition, he provides on going support and service to several commercial clients.
 
Architectural Art is his main occupation. Decorative art pieces represent the majority of his award winning success.
